Authenticity Pledge

A formula can sealed in Europe, opened in your kitchen.

How we guarantee that every product on our shelves is genuine, safely packaged, and exactly what its label promises.

Original Sealed Packaging Verified Batch Numbers Authorized Channels Only Full Traceability
Why This Matters

Counterfeit baby formula is real. It has appeared on major marketplaces, in third-party warehouses, and in resale chains across the world.

The risk is not theoretical. Cases of relabelled, tampered, and knock-off infant formula have been documented across Europe, Asia, and North America over the last decade. The harm in these situations often falls on the most vulnerable customer.

We treat the protection of that customer as the most basic responsibility we have. Everything below describes how we keep that promise on every can of formula we ship.

Five commitments, verifiable with every order.

01

Authorized channels only

Every product we sell is acquired through a manufacturer or an officially authorized European distributor. We do not source from open marketplaces, anonymous wholesalers, parallel importers, or resale platforms of any kind. The chain begins at the brand and ends at our warehouse.

02

Original packaging, untouched

Every product arrives sealed in its original European retail packaging. We do not open, repackage, relabel, or alter cans in any way. The seal you break in your kitchen is the seal applied at the manufacturing facility in Europe.

03

Batch numbers matched and recorded

Every can carries a batch code printed by the manufacturer. We log every batch we receive against the corresponding shipment from our European supplier. If you ever want to verify the origin of a specific can, we can trace its number back to the exact factory run it came from.

04

Inbound inspection

Every shipment arriving in our warehouse is inspected before it enters inventory. Damaged or compromised cans are rejected and reported to the supplier. Any pallet showing signs of tampering is put aside, documented, and inspected.

05

We will accept returns; safety is the priority

If a product ever arrives at your home in a state that gives you any doubt about its authenticity or safety, we will replace it, refund it, and investigate the chain it came from. The burden of proof sits with us, never with the parent.

Four marks of a genuine product.

  • i.

    Factory seal

An unbroken lid with a seal is applied at the manufacturing facility in Europe. The first hands to break it should be yours. A seal that looks bent, dented, or previously opened is a reason to refuse the product.

  • ii.

    Manufacturer batch code

A printed alphanumeric code that ties every can to a specific factory production run. We record the batch of every can we ship and can trace any code on request.

  • iii.

    Best before date

Printed in European day/month/year format. Products will always have at least six months' shelf life for any can leaving our warehouse. Anything closer is rejected based on our internal cut-off.

  • iv.

    EU organic certification mark

The certifier's identification number is printed alongside the organic leaf logo. This number ties the product back to the certifying body that audits the brand's farms and production.

If you see any of these, walk away.

  •  A price that is significantly lower than that of every other authorized seller online.
  • Packaging that looks slightly off in font, color, or layout compared to the brand's own product page.
  • A seller who cannot or will not name their European supplier.
  • A best-before date written in a format that does not match the rest of the can.
  • A factory seal that shows any sign of being lifted, glued, or replaced.
  • A listing on a major marketplace from a third party with no traceable European source.

When in doubt, do not use it. Set the can aside and write to the brand or the seller before opening anything.

Verify Any Can

Send us the batch code on the bottom of any can you have bought from us. We will tell you exactly where it came from.

A seller who controls their supply chain should be able to answer that question for every can they have shipped. A seller who cannot,  or asks you to "trust it," is one to question.

Our records are kept for the full shelf life of every batch we receive. If you want to verify a can in your kitchen, write to us with the code, and we will trace it through the chain that brought it to you.
