- No health claims and no diagnoses. Formula is not a treatment for reflux, colic, or allergies, and medical questions belong with a pediatrician.
- Say plainly that European formulas are not FDA approved infant formulas. Never imply otherwise, never work around it.
- Never speak down about breastfeeding. Formula is one good option among several, and that is how we talk about it.

How does a sale get attributed to me?
Through your link and your personal discount code. You get both, because browsers increasingly drop tracking cookies within days while a code works no matter how the person arrives. For repeat orders, keep your link somewhere your audience can find it again, since that is what connects the order back to you.
Do repeat orders count?
Yes, whenever the order comes through your link or with your code. Formula is bought again every few weeks, so the same family can order many times, and each of those orders pays the same ten percent as the first.
Where do I see what I have earned?
In your partner dashboard, reachable from the login link at the top and bottom of this page. It lists every referred order, the commission on it, and what is due to you next payout, updated in real time.
Can the rate be changed later?
Not retroactively, ever. Commission already earned stays at the rate it was earned at. If the published rate ever changes for new orders, every active partner is told in writing thirty days beforehand.
Do I have to post a certain amount?
No. There is no quota, no deadline, and no minimum. Post when it fits your feed, and skip the months when it does not.
Can I work with other brands?
Yes. There is no exclusivity and we will never ask you to drop another brand to work with us. If a different formula suits a family better, we would rather you say so.
