Families need formula, but some simply can't afford it.
How we share what we sell with families and food programs that need it most.
The hardest moments in early parenthood can be the ones that nobody can see. The ones where a parent cannot afford the food their child needs.
Imported baby formula is not cheap. We know that, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we can do is make sure that with every paid order, we can donate to a family or program where the same nutrition is needed but cannot be paid for.
This is not a marketing initiative, and it is not contingent on a customer choosing to add anything at checkout. The page below describes how that works in practice.
For every 100 cans we sell, one is donated to a family or program that needs it.
The donated product is the same authentic, fresh, original European formula we sell. It comes from the same warehouse, passes the six month shelf life check, and goes out through the same fulfillment process. The only difference is who pays for it.
Four channels, chosen for reach and need.
Diaper banks and baby pantries
National and regional networks that distribute baby essentials to low income families through trusted local partners. These programs already have the infrastructure to verify need, manage distribution, and reach the families that food stamps and government programs do not always cover.
Neonatal and pediatric support programs
Hospitals and outpatient programs that work with families navigating preterm birth, NICU stays, and complex feeding situations. The nutrition we ship there reaches babies who have challenging first weeks of life.
Direct family requests
A channel where families in temporary financial crisis can request a one time supply directly through our team. No public application form, no story to tell, no qualifying threshold beyond an honest conversation. The families who need this most are usually the ones who struggle to ask for it.
Disaster and emergency response
When natural disasters or supply disruptions affect entire regions, infant formula is among the first things families lose access to. We hold reserve inventory dedicated specifically for direct shipment to organized response efforts in those moments.
Built into the cost of doing business, not added on at checkout.
The donated cans are funded directly from the company. There is no opt in box at checkout or rounded up amount added to your total. Every order you place automatically contributes to the standing pledge above, at no additional cost.
We chose this model deliberately. Donations built into operating cost reach everyone. The families who receive this nutrition do not need to know which customer paid for it, and we believe most customers do not need to be reminded that their purchase contributed.
The standards we hold around our donation process.
- We will never donate expired or near expiry product.
- We will never publish names, photos, or stories of receiving families without their full consent.
- We will never tie donations to a marketing campaign, holiday push, or social media moment.
- We will never ask a recipient family to share, post, or thank us in exchange for the product.
- We will never pause this commitment in difficult quarters or pull back when budgets tighten.
- We will never raise the threshold above one in one hundred. We will only ever donate more as the company grows.
Donating well requires the same restraint as selling well. Most of the work is what we choose not to do.
If you know a family who needs help, write to us. The conversation is private, and the path to formula delivery is short.
Direct family support is the smallest of our four channels by volume, and the most carefully handled. There is no online application, no income verification form, and no waiting list. A short message through our contact page, a brief conversation with a member of our team, and a delivery will be on its way the same week.
If you run a program, a clinic, or a community network that serves families with infants in need, the same channel applies. Tell us who you are, what you do, and how the nutrition would reach the families you serve. We respond personally to every request.
