- Points never expire, regardless of how often you order or how long between purchases.
- Tier status is permanent once earned. You will never lose Sapling or Heritage standing once you reach them.
- Joining the program is free, and we will never charge a membership fee or annual cost.
- Points and rewards stack with active promotions and discount codes, not in place of them.
- Your account, your tier, and your point balance are visible to you in your profile, at any time.
- If we ever change the program, existing members keep the rules they joined under for any points earned under them.

If you have ordered with us before, your past purchases are already credited toward your tier. Sign in, look at the rewards section in your profile, and the program is live on your account from the next order onward.
If you have ordered as a guest in the past, write to us with the email address on those orders and we will retroactively credit them once your account is created. The standing rule is simple. Loyalty earned should not be lost to a missing checkbox.
