When you choose premium nutrition, you deserve premium service. That’s why we offer free express shipping on all orders—no minimum required.

  • From Germany to Your Doorstep
    All orders ship directly from our climate-controlled warehouse in Germany to ensure freshness and quality.

  • Delivery Times

    • U.S. Orders: Typically 2–4 business days
    • EU Orders: Usually 1–3 business days
      Please note: Customs clearance, holidays, or severe weather may cause delays beyond our control.
  • Tracking & Updates
    Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking link via email (check your spam folder if you don’t see it). You can also manage delivery preferences directly on the courier’s website.


Important Notes

  • We do not ship on weekends; orders placed after Friday afternoon will be processed on the next business day.
  • We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or business addresses.
  • Always order ahead to avoid running out of formula - unexpected delays can happen.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or update your order, contact us immediately at support@organicformulaeurope.com.

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and issue a refund minus a small processing fee (e.g., 5%).
  • Once the order has been packed or picked up by the courier, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. While we’ll do our best to assist with changes, we cannot guarantee successful redirection once the package has left our warehouse.


Return Policy

Due to the perishable and hygienic nature of baby formula, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, even if the product is unopened. This ensures every customer receives authentic, safe, and uncompromised products.


Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives with significant damage (e.g., punctured inner bag or can), do not use the product. Take clear photos and contact us within 3 days of delivery. Cosmetic imperfections like dents or creases do not qualify for refunds.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking shows no movement for 48–72 hours, contact us so we can start an investigation with the carrier.
  • Incorrect Items: Email us with your order number and photos of the shipping label and product received. We’ll correct the issue as quickly as possible.
